A Sikh girl has allegedly been abducted and forcefully converted in Pakistan’s Nankana Sahib city. Her family has alleged that the girl was forced to marry a Muslim boy after bring forcefully converted to Islam.

Meanwhile, a video of the girl at the wedding ceremony has gone viral on social media.

In the video, the girl, who is seen sitting beside the boy, identified herself as Jagjit Kaur and said that she is marrying the boy without any pressure.

However, the complaint only mentioned that the girl was abducted. It does not say if she was also forced to convert.

The girl’s family has appealed assistance from Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan to protect the family and has demanded that the girl be sent back.
